A refined brand refresh developed to elevate Valencia’s presence in the South Miami market.
The visual identity was modernized to reflect the property’s elevated lifestyle offering, introducing warm, hand-drawn illustrations and a more polished visual language. The refreshed brand was applied across both digital and print materials, creating a cohesive presence for brokers, buyers, and prospective residents.
To support ongoing marketing efforts, a suite of materials was developed, including a high-end brochure, branded digital advertisements, and a weekly email campaign designed to maintain consistent visibility throughout the sales process.
