The Elser Hotel & Residences Miami Brand Identity

The Elser is a luxury tower located in the heart of Downtown Miami, designed to offer a flexible hospitality-driven residential experience. We were engaged to develop elements of the project’s brand and extend the visual identity across key marketing touchpoints.

Our work included brand development and the creation of supporting marketing collateral that would help communicate the project’s positioning and elevate the guest experience. Deliverables included signage design, landing page design, and email marketing templates, ensuring the brand remained consistent across both physical and digital environments.

The resulting materials were designed to feel modern, refined, and aligned with the building’s hospitality-focused concept, helping establish a cohesive brand presence across the project’s marketing ecosystem.
